Fulfillment & Shipping Time

Delivery times vary based on the product category ordered:

  • Bundles, Extensions, Toppers & Care Kits: 5–10 business days (including processing & shipping)
  • Wigs: 5–15 business days (including processing & shipping)

Many of our products are made to order and handcrafted specifically for each customer. Processing times may vary depending on the item purchased, customizations, order volume, product launches, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping estimates displayed at checkout are estimates only and do not guarantee delivery dates. Shipping labels may be created before an order is dispatched. Orders are shipped only after processing has been completed.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with a revised shipping date, and you may cancel your order for a full refund.

All shipments require a signature upon delivery. Packages cannot be left at doorsteps, mailboxes, or other unsecured locations.

  • Free Shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more (before taxes)
  • USPS Priority Mail
  • UPS® Ground

Estimated Delivery:

  • Bundles, Extensions, Toppers & Accessories: 5–10 business days
  • Wigs: 5–15 business days

International Shipping

  • USPS Priority Mail International
  • UPS® Worldwide Saver
  • DHL Express

Estimated Delivery: Most international orders arrive within 5–20 business days, including processing and shipping; however, customs clearance and local carrier delays may extend delivery times. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Delays

Please place your order well in advance of any appointment, event, vacation, or special occasion. Hair Queen LA is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, severe weather, customs processing, holidays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
