Product Availability

Most wigs are made to order. Natural Black and 613 Blonde wigs are available as listed, while custom-colored wigs are professionally colored in-house. Slight color variations from product photos may occur. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Hair Queen LA reserves the right to cancel the order or offer a comparable substitution. If declined, a refund will be issued for the unavailable item.

Final Sale & Return Policy

In-Store Purchases All in-store purchases are final sale. No returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credits will be issued.

Online Purchases If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may request a return within 3 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags, zip ties, and security seals intact. Returns require prior authorization.

Approved online returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are issued within 5 business days after inspection.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted after the 3-day return window, on used or altered products, items missing original packaging or security seals, clearance/final sale items, or gift cards. Due to federal health and sanitation regulations, used human hair products cannot be accepted.
