Refund policy

All sales are final. This includes both in-store and online purchases. Please ensure that all billing and shipping information is correct before completing your order.

All in-store purchases are final sale. Clients are able to select their items in person and review the quality, color, and details prior to completing their purchase.

All online orders are also final sale. Due to the nature of our products, any orders that have been processed, prepared, or shipped are not eligible for refunds. Hair that has been used, worn, or opened cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.

Refunds, if approved at the sole discretion of Hair Queen LA, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
Buyer’s remorse
Incorrect color selected
Incorrect length selected
Incorrect texture selected
Incorrect size selected
