Hair Queen LA is committed to making our website and our Los Angeles salon accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every client to be able to browse our collections, get help choosing the right piece, and place an order with ease.

Our standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Our website is partially conformant with this standard: some content does not yet fully meet it, and we are working to improve it.

What we are doing

  • Designing text and buttons with sufficient color contrast
  • Supporting keyboard navigation, including a "Skip to content" link
  • Adding text alternatives to product images
  • Labeling form fields and keeping them readable on mobile devices
  • Reviewing new pages and features for accessibility before they go live
  • Testing the site regularly and fixing issues as we find them

Known limitations

Some content on our website is provided by third parties, including checkout and payment services, product videos, reviews, and other embedded tools. We do not fully control this content, but we work with our providers to improve its accessibility and can help you complete any task it affects.
