You can request a return within 3 days of delivery, so check your wig as soon as it arrives. It must be unworn and unaltered, in its original packaging with all tags, zip ties and security seals intact, and returns need our approval first — email info@hairqueenla.com.

Wig cap size chart: measure the circumference of the head, and from ear to ear over the top

Measure with your own hair flat against your head — no ponytail, no clips. Keep the tape snug, not tight.

Circumference — right around the head: across the front hairline, above the ears, down over the nape. This is the measurement that decides your size.
Ear to ear over top — from the top of one ear, over the crown, to the top of the other.
